1. Choose one reason to send
Start with an outcome your business can follow through on: an appointment, a repeat order, an estimate request, or a visit. Match the offer to the people receiving it.
- Roofing: invite homeowners to request an inspection.
- Real estate: share a useful neighborhood update.
- Ecommerce: give past buyers a reason to return.
Keep the first campaign focused enough that you can explain its purpose in a sentence.
2. Upload your list or choose an audience
Use your own CSV mailing list, or choose Prime to find an audience on the map. If you have email addresses or US phone numbers instead of postal addresses, Prime can look for associated mailing addresses and use eligible matches in your campaign. This gives you another way to follow up with leads who have shown interest, even when you do not have their postal addresses. Follow the app’s current upload instructions and review eligible recipients before ordering.
Remove duplicates, opt-outs, people outside your service area, and anyone the offer does not fit. Keep customer reactivation and new-customer prospecting separate so you can compare results fairly.
Not every contact will match. Check the match count and final cost at campaign confirmation. Data costs $0.10 per eligible mailing record, per campaign use; matched recipient details cannot be viewed or downloaded.

3. Upload a design or make one yours
Upload your own artwork or create a postcard in the app. Start with an editable template if you want a structure to work from. Your first postcard design is also on the house: create an account, confirm your email, and reply to the welcome email with your brief.
Include your business name, one clear offer, a strong image, and a simple response method. For uploaded artwork, prepare separate front and back PDFs and check the current size, bleed, and mailing-area requirements.
4. Check the details, confirm, and pay
- Review both sides for spelling, phone numbers, dates, and offer terms.
- Test the destination and any QR code before approval.
- Check the audience, quantity, plan, and complete campaign total.
- Allow time for production and delivery before promising a date-sensitive offer.
Once you place the order, we handle printing and mailing. Follow the campaign status in your dashboard. Production and delivery take additional time; placing an order does not mean the postcards arrive that day.
5. Follow up and learn from the mailing
Keep a simple record of inquiries, appointments, customers, and revenue alongside the campaign cost. Use a dedicated offer code or destination where practical. Ask customers how they heard about you, and distinguish observed responses from sales you can confidently attribute to the mailing.
Before repeating a campaign, look at the quality of responses and whether you can profitably serve the customers it brings.
