PRIME POSTCARDS LLC
Licensing & acceptable use
Guidelines for artwork, templates, audience data, and responsible campaign use.
1. Your materials remain yours
You retain your rights in the logos, photographs, copy, and other content you upload. You must have permission to use and reproduce those materials, including rights from photographers, designers, font owners, and people depicted where required. By asking us to make or mail a campaign, you authorize the processing and reproduction needed to do that work.
2. Platform and template license
Prime Postcards and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, reusable templates, and underlying tools. Subject to your plan and applicable third-party restrictions, you may customize available templates for your own business’s campaigns through the platform. You may not resell the template library, distribute its source assets, or represent the underlying platform as your own product.
3. Team-created and AI-assisted designs
Use approved final creative for the campaign purposes agreed with Prime Postcards. Ownership of custom deliverables, editable source files, and any use outside the platform should be set out in your design agreement. Existing platform components and third-party stock materials do not become exclusively yours because they appear in a design.
AI output can contain errors and may resemble other content. Review text, imagery, offers, trademarks, and rights before approving it. We do not promise that an AI-generated design is unique, copyrightable, exclusive, or cleared for every use. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information to an AI design feature unless its terms and your authorization permit that use.
4. Purchased audience data
Purchased or matched audience records are licensed for permitted campaign fulfillment within Prime Postcards. They are not sold as unrestricted ownership of a contact database. Do not scrape, export, resell, reconstruct, or use them for unrelated outreach. Your own postal CSV remains subject to your rights and responsibilities. Additional provider restrictions and any approved exceptions must be documented before use.
5. Acceptable campaigns
Use the service for lawful, accurate business communications. Do not submit fraudulent offers, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, malware, material that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights, or content prohibited by applicable postal rules. Do not use audience data to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, housing eligibility, or similar regulated eligibility determinations.
Honor suppression requests and applicable privacy rights. Do not upload government identifiers, payment-card credentials, medical records, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary to the mailing. Obtain appropriate review for regulated offers, professional-service claims, and any campaign that needs special disclosures.
6. Reporting concerns and enforcement
If you believe a campaign or design violates your rights, contact support@primepostcards.com with the content or campaign at issue, your contact information, and a description of the concern. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. We may ask for information needed to investigate and may pause disputed work while reviewing it.
