Custom audience data is $0.10 per eligible mailing record, per campaign use. Your own postal CSV has no audience-data fee. Matching availability varies; not every email or phone number returns a usable address.

For email and phone lists, matching happens at campaign confirmation after artwork approval. Review the available matches and final cost before you order. Matching does not guarantee a usable mailing address for every contact.
Pay for eligible records you mail to.
Audience data is $0.10 per eligible mailing record, per campaign use. Duplicate postal addresses, excluded contacts, and suppressed recipients are not billed as mailing recipients.
Mailing audiences, not exported contact databases.
Purchased and matched audiences are used within your campaigns. Review audience counts in the app; purchased recipient details are not provided as downloadable contact lists.

I already have a mailing list and a design. Can you handle the rest?
Yes. Upload your mailing list and completed design, review and launch your campaign, and we’ll handle the printing and mailing. No extra production or shipping work is needed on your end. Postcards typically arrive 7–10 business days after launch. You can do this on the Free plan, with no audience-data fee for addresses you supply.
I have email addresses or phone numbers, but no mailing addresses. Can I still send?
Yes. Use Prime’s email-to-mailing-address or phone-to-mailing-address matching to look for associated mailing addresses. You’ll review match counts at campaign confirmation. Not every contact will match, and postal eligibility is checked separately.
Can I mail to the same audience again?
You can save audiences for future campaigns. Custom audience-data fees apply per eligible record, per campaign use, including reused matched audiences.
What if I need a different kind of audience?
Yes. We have access to additional mailing lists and can help you find the audience you’re looking for. Fill out our contact form and tell us who you want to reach.
