PRIME POSTCARDS LLC
Privacy notice
How information is used to provide the service and your privacy choices.
1. What this notice covers
This notice describes how Prime Postcards LLC handles information about website visitors, account users, prospective customers, and mailing recipients. When a business supplies a mailing list and instructs us to process it, that business is responsible for its own privacy notices and authority to use the information. Our role and obligations for customer-supplied information should be set out in the applicable customer agreement and, where required, a data-processing addendum.
2. Information involved
Account and inquiry information can include your name, business name, email, business contact details, messages, account settings, and subscription or campaign history. Campaign information can include artwork, logos, uploaded mailing addresses, email addresses or phone numbers submitted for matching, audience selections, approval records, and fulfillment details.
Matching and audience providers may supply postal addresses and related information used to build a campaign. Hosting and security services can process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, and operational logs. Our payment processor handles payment credentials; the platform uses transaction references and payment/subscription status rather than storing full card numbers.
3. Why information is used
We use information to provide accounts, answer inquiries, create and manage campaigns, produce designs, find or match audiences, check mailing eligibility, process orders, and support printing and mailing. Information also helps us prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. Sending a contact-form inquiry is not an automatic subscription to promotional email.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Information needed to perform a requested service may be processed by hosting, database, identity, payment, email, design/AI, address-verification, audience-data, printing, and postal providers. Access should be limited to the work each provider performs. We may also disclose information where required by law, to address fraud or safety issues, to professional advisers, or as part of a legally permitted business transfer.
5. Audience data and privacy choices
Purchased and matched recipient details are used behind the scenes for campaign fulfillment; customers see counts rather than a downloadable list of purchased addresses. This product restriction does not, by itself, determine whether a data practice is a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under a particular privacy law.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an applicable opt-out, including an opt-out of sale/sharing where relevant. Identify the type of request and enough information for us to locate the record; do not send sensitive identity documents in the initial contact form. We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Rights, exceptions, and response deadlines depend on applicable law. Where available, you may appeal a decision through the same contact channel.
6. Mailing preferences
To stop marketing mail from a business that used Prime Postcards, contact that business and ask to be removed from its mailing list. You may also send us the sender’s business name and the mailing details needed to identify the campaign so we can help route the request. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. A request to one sender does not automatically remove you from every unrelated business’s list.
7. Cookies and technical services
The customer app uses technical storage or cookies for authentication and service operation. The marketing site also loads website assets, including fonts, from service providers. These requests can expose technical information such as your IP address to those providers. You can use browser controls to manage storage, although some account features may stop working.
With your permission, our marketing website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, clicks toward account creation, and successfully submitted inquiries. Google may receive device and network information, including your IP address, when analytics is enabled. We do not send your inquiry contents to analytics. Optional analytics is blocked until you accept it; use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We store your cookie choice in this browser for up to 180 days. With a separate advertising-cookie choice, the Meta Pixel measures public page visits and successful inquiries to help measure ads and build advertising audiences. Meta may receive browser and network information and associate events with your Meta account. Automatic Advanced Matching is off; we do not send form contents, customer lists, or app campaign data through the pixel. Global Privacy Control disables this advertising tracking. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from using the website.
8. Retention, security, and children
Keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, necessary account and order records, dispute resolution, security, or legal requirements. Deletion can be subject to legitimate retention needs and backup cycles.
We use access controls and other safeguards intended to protect information. No system can promise absolute security. The service is intended for adults using it for business; do not submit children’s information or regulated sensitive data without a separately approved arrangement.
9. International use and updates
Service providers may process information in locations different from your own. Applicable transfer safeguards and regional disclosures must be confirmed before offering the service in additional jurisdictions. Material changes to the effective notice will be dated and communicated as required. Contact support@primepostcards.com or use our privacy inquiry form with questions.
