You have the lead. We help find a way to mail.
Just because your email or phone list doesn’t include mailing addresses doesn’t mean those leads are out of reach. With Prime, upload US phone numbers to look for associated mailing addresses and use eligible matches in a postcard campaign. You do not need a name or mailing-address column to begin.
Matching gives you another channel for reaching an appropriate existing audience. It does not guarantee that every contact will match, that an address is current, or that the recipient will respond.
Use an existing phone list for a different kind of follow-up
A lead may have given your business a phone number when requesting an estimate or asking about a service. A postcard gives you another way to follow up and put your offer in their hands, without adding another call to their day.
Start with one purpose: invite a first visit, follow up on an open estimate, or introduce a relevant service. Remove people who already booked and anyone who should not receive the offer.
How phone-to-address matching works
- Prepare your list. Choose an appropriate lead segment and remove opt-outs.
- Upload your CSV. Select the phone column, review the rows, and correct any problems. The current upload supports up to 10,000 contacts in a file up to 1 MB.
- Save the audience. Name the list and review the matching price. Blank and duplicate values are excluded.
- Review your campaign. Your total matches and final cost are available at campaign confirmation. Approve your artwork, eligible recipients, and total before ordering.
Use US phone numbers
The app normalizes US phone numbers to 10 digits. Extensions are not supported. Review problem rows before submitting your list; a valid phone format does not guarantee an address match.
Pay for eligible mailing records
Matching is available with Prime. Data costs $0.10 per eligible matched mailing record, per campaign use, in addition to printing, mailing, and the monthly plan. It is not a flat fee for every row uploaded.
For example, if your list produces 400 eligible mailing recipients, audience data adds $40. At the standard Prime rate, postcards add $400, for $440 before the subscription and taxes. This example assumes 400 eligible recipients; it is not a match-rate forecast.
Built for mailing, with recipient details kept private
Purchased matched names and addresses cannot be viewed or downloaded. The tool creates an audience for your postcard campaign; it is not a reverse-lookup directory or an address-export service.
Use contact information you are authorized to use, keep suppression records current, and put customer data only in the secure audience workflow—not in public design links or support messages.
